Clean and adequate for one night stay for my visit to Sarasota. It's a short drive to a beach. very peaceful and quite for being directly on Tamiami. Owners are nice and very accommodating. They made sure and provided everything I needed during my stay.

The owners are simply the sweetest hotel keeps in the area. Rooms are clean and tidy. Pool too. Very peaceful and quiet for being directly on Tamiami Trl. They also make sure you have everything you need. I have no issues with this hotel at all. Will be my go to hotel from this moment on when I come to the area.

Rooms were totally renovated very spacious with new tile and new furniture. Would definitely stay there again.

Mr Patel and his staff down at the flamingo inn are absolutely amazing the customer service is flawless the rooms were nice and clean, the washer and dryers worked, and luckily they had vending machines. Thanks flamingo inn 🦩

Laurie took good care of us putting us in a room that provided quiet and a lovely patio to sit. Coffee less than a mile away, plan on eating breakfast out. Decent quality for the cost. Beds were so comfy and soft. Good location. Would stay here again.

I think this motel is a piece of Sarasota history, but the owners need to treat it as such. It could use a refresh to bring it back to its retro, vintage glory. Please don't let it be bought up and demolished! Put some $$$ into it and make this an awesome, vintage destination motel. People would pay a lot more to stay. It deserves better (same goes for some other properties along this stretch of Tamiami).

My boyfriend and I stayed here recently and it was a very pleasant experience. The office manager was an extremely kind, wonderful woman. Our room was clean and tidy, the shower was big enough for two, and the bed was very comfortable. The only thing is that I wish the AC got a little bit colder. I was getting a little bit warm in the night but nothing unbearable. Overall a very pleasant experience and I wanna thank the office manager. She was such a kind woman that I’d consider staying here again solely because of her.

5 stars in every way possible! We were in town The management was most helpful and friendly and treated us like we were family.The rooms was amazing. Recently renovated and not a crumb on the floor.i could walk barefoot all over and my feet were still 100% clean. Thats rare for any hotel. Rooms were immaculate. We had everything we needed and the quality of everything in the room was upgraded and beyond premium.bed A+ linens and towels A+.very nice upkeep and quiet and peaceful. Price was fair for the room and they were very honest and clean owners. Well done Flamingo Inn we had a wonderful experience and praise you for such an easy check in. If you are in area needing a room this is definitely the spot where you want to go. We will be back...thanks

1sr timers.... Easy "human" check-in. Quaint little place that's got that "just picked it off Route 66" feel. It ain't glamorous, the pool water is concrete, but it's clean, gitchy and gets the job done. Pretty good location along Business 41. We'd stay here again.
